Teresa + Ray were married at Warner Vineyards in Paw Paw, Mi. An adorable place to go for a glass of wine, or wine tasting, but also a perfect place to host an intimate event. Especially perfect for these two since they love to enjoy a glass of wine on their porch at night while catching up on each other's days. And even more because their honeymoon was planned first, a bucket list trip to Italy and Warner Vineyards would offer them the hint of Italian vibes they desired.

Teresa's engagement ring, a Le Vian chocolate diamond ring, that was uniquely stunning, and her surprise wedding day gift to match, a chocolate diamond necklace.
The jewelry and florals, designed by Allegan Floral, complimented the gorgeously beaded wedding gown from David's Bridal. Allegan Floral also created Ray's original boutonnière, showing off some of his personality too!

Wrapped around Teresa's lovely bouquet of spring flowers, was her something blue, her Mother's handkerchief. The handkerchief had the sweetest quote, "Mom, I carry you with me today, and every day.", with a locket-sized photo of Teresa and her Mother.

Ceremony

The wedding party consisted of family and friends that were basically family too. Teresa was walked down the sunshiny outdoor aisle by her brother, who came into town from out-of-state Texas to be here for their big day. Needless to say, there were no shortage of happy, proud tears from their loved ones.

Their marriage was officiated by Ken, from the services of I Now Pronounce You, who also DJ'd their special day and was even an old high school friend of Rays.

Reception

First dances outside under the sun were as followed:

Teresa + Ray to the very fitting song by FireHouse, "Love Of A Lifetime".

Teresa + her brother to, "He's Not Heavy, He's My Brother", by The Hollies.

Ray + his daughter to, "Silent Lucidity", by Queensryche.

And last but definitely not least, Teresa + Ray dancing with the grandkids, with their guests joining in to one of my personal favorites by Three Dog Night, "Never Been To Spain".

After lots of dancing, laughter, delicious food and the cutest cake and cupcakes by Moon Lane Bakery, the two were happily married and ready for their honeymoon to Italy.
